Education should be handled by local school boards, not by overreaching state and federal governments. Our schools should emphasize the trades and real-world work experience. I love Montana. I am a fly fisherman, hunter, skier, backpacker, golfer, and expert river-floater. I will always defend our way of life, protect public lands, and promote hunting and fishing access. Learn more

Montana was recently identified as the least affordable state in the country when comparing average incomes to housing costs. Our young people cannot afford homes, causing many of them to leave the state. Learn more
We must simplify zoning laws and reduce burdens to building in Montana. Increasing housing development will decrease costs. And, since property taxes are based on property values, they will come down as well. Learn more
