Issue 2 - Proposed Tax Levy (Renewal)

A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Mahoning County for the purpose of to continue to provide facilities, programs and services including, but not limited to, early intervention, preschool, school age, adult services, case management, residential services, transportation, supported employment, facility management, public relations and any expansion of services that the county auditor estimates will collect $12,690,741 annually, at a rate not exceeding 3 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $62 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's appraised value, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
