Question 2 - One Percent Sales Tax For Parks and Infrastructure

Shall a special one percent sales and use tax be imposed in the special district of Clinch County for a period of time not to exceed 6 years and for the raising of an estimated amount $4,800,000.00 for the purpose of (1) funding a joint Capital Outlay project for parks and recreation improvements and equipment, and; (2) funding Capital Outlay projects consisting of Roads, streets, drainage and bridges maintenance, repairs and improvements; and Public safety and emergency vehicles, equipment and facilities for Clinch County; and, (3) Roads, streets, drainage and bridges maintenance, repairs and improvements to include purchase of equipment; Construction of, improvements to, and major capital equipment for Homerville City Hall; Construction of, improvements to, and major capital equipment for public meeting and community event facilities, Public safety and emergency vehicles, equipment and facilities; and Construction of and improvements to water system facilities; and, (4) funding Capital Outlay projects consisting of Roads, streets, drainage and bridges maintenance, repairs and improvements to include purchase of equipment; Public safety and emergency equipment and facilities; and Construction of and improvements to water system facilities for the Municipality of Fargo; and, (5) funding Capital Outlay projects consisting of Roads, streets, drainage and bridges maintenance, repairs and improvements to include purchase of equipment; and Construction of, improvements to, and major capital equipment for DuPont City Hall; and Construction of and improvements to water system facilities; and Public safety and emergency, equipment and facilities improvements for the Municipality of DuPont; and, (6) funding Capital Outlay projects consisting of Roads, streets, drainage and bridges maintenance, repairs and improvements to include purchase of equipment; Public safety and emergency, equipment and facilities improvements; Construction of, improvements to, and major capital equipment for public meeting, community event and administrative facilities; and Construction of and improvements to water system facilities for the Municipality of Argyle?
