Get Started. I have voted and succeeded in giving salary increases every year that I have been elected to the school board. In March 2022, we will be approving a budget that includes a 5% salary increase for all staff, which will the largest in 21 years. The budget will also include a 20% pay increase for bus drivers and a 25% increase for school nurses. We must continue to make staff salaries a focus in an effort to retain the best and brightest educators in the commonwealth. Learn more
