For Hanah, sustainability includes a broad vision of cool, walkable streets and thriving children in well-funded schools. It also includes a city budget that is in the black. 60% of properties in Syracuse are owned by non-profit, non-taxable organizations. This leaves 40% of homeowners and businesses to fund the critical city services that our communities depend on for safety, security, and quality of life.
