I will look for ways to help more Nebraskans get access to health insurance they can afford and to end price-gouging on prescription drugs. High property tax rates on top of rising valuations are a financial strain for many. The Legislature has recently voted to give tax breaks to the ultra wealthy, while at the same time discussing new taxes on goods and services for the rest of us.
