Far too many people have been forced to leave their hometowns due to crushing property taxes, high utility costs, and record inflation. Samantha has both the governmental experience and legal education needed to help ease this burden on residents and will work to reform the assessment system, help homeowners grieve their property taxes and secure the tax relief they are entitled to. She opposes all efforts to eliminate single family home neighborhoods and believes it’s critical for local governments to have control over local zoning.
